Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the buyer. Delivery to packing stations is not possible. All shipped orders can be tracked online. The shipment number, with which the current status of an order can be called up, is sent by e-mail as soon as the order is ready for dispatch.

The delivery period is calculated from receipt of full payment for the ordered goods (including statutory VAT and shipping costs). For payments via PayPal, the delivery time is calculated from the time the payment is made. When paying with a credit card, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time for our items within Germany is between 1 and 3 working days. Orders from abroad are delivered 5 to 7 working days after receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that no goods are shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
